SIZING FOR RINGS-
For the most accurate finger measurement I highly recommend that you visit me personally at the Portland Saturday Market for a custom sizing. Finger sizing can also be done at any jewelry store... it takes 30 seconds... doesn't hurt I promise! If you have to make a guess on the spot, I suggest that you error on the side of too small. It is easy for me to make rings larger after they are finished. The only way to make a ring smaller, however, is to unwrap it and start over. This will incur a $10 charge for time and new materials. A size 7 is the most common size I have requested for ring fingers. A size 9 is pretty average for a middle or index finger. (But I really wish you wouldn't guess...)
SIZING FOR BRACELETS-
Use a soft/fabric tape measure to measure the circumference of your wrist at its widest point. Please refer to the chart below.
SIZE #1 5.75 inches and smaller
SIZE #2 5.75 inches - 6.5 inches
SIZE #3 6.5 inches - 7.25 inches
SIZE #4 7.25 inches and larger
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING-
Because all of my jewelry is handmade by me alone, this is a one-woman show, please allow up to two weeks for your jewelry to leave the studio and 3-7 days for shipment. If you need your jewelry by a certain date, please contact me BEFORE CHECKOUT to discuss an expedited order. All domestic orders are shipped first class or priority mail depending on weight.
I understand that sometimes people change their minds or perhaps your jewelry is just not what you expected. As long as the item is still in NEW CONDITION I will gladly allow exchanges up to 14 days after purchase or offer credit toward a new purchase. PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR RETURN MAILING INSTRUCTIONS. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. No refunds are given.
REPLACEMENTS & REPAIRS-
Most of MY FAVORITE BUTTON designs are created using vintage/recycled elements. Because it is hard to determine the treatment of these materials before my ownership of them, I understand that a button may turn out to be more fragile than expected or a rhinestone may come loose, etc...
Within the first 90 days of purchase:
Should you have any problems with your jewelry due to fragile or defective components, PLEASE CONTACT ME RIGHT AWAY TO LET ME KNOW. I will be happy to repair the piece at no cost to you. If a repair cannot be made, then I will replace it or credit it's value toward another purchase.
After 90 days:
Repairs and alterations can still be made for a small materials fee. Replacements are offered at a discounted price.
If you have ordered online and received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of receipt to exchange it. You will not be charged for shipment of the new item.
